This new theme has only ben "preliminarily" reviewed by Mozilla as of this writing. Please take note of the following.

This add-on ID's, [e-mail], is the same as that of the Modern theme built in with SeaMonkey: it thus makes the built-in Modern theme (in the app-central location %APPDIR%/extensions/[e-mail]) inaccessible.

IMHO this theme would only be acceptable permanently with a different add-on ID (recommended) or with an unmistakable warning on its AMO page that installing this theme will replace the builtin Modern theme until this theme is removed.

P.S. I found this theme by means of the "recently updated complete themes" page https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/complete-themes/?sort=updated&unreviewed=on

IMHO some ID not @themes.mozilla.org (let's say for instance moderngray@barcode.386 as the author is listed as "barcode386) would be best.

Indeed, I don't see it at AMO anymore, neither at the URL at top of comment #0 nor next to "SeaMonkey Gray Modern" (created at the same time) on the Themes AMO page mentioned in the first paragraph of comment #1.
