In MacOS 10.7, scrollbars don't show up when running an e10s build. There's just white space where they should be. Felipe reports that they're also broken in 10.8 when they're set to display at all times. However, they work in 10.8 if they're on-demand. I'm guessing this is all one issue, but it may not be.
