"On my HTC One X, no matter which IME i tried (zhuyin, pinyin...etc), I can't successfully make it typed on a webpage's textbox like this particluar one. But no problem on the web address bar. This should be fixed by Bug 906506 which is in the latest Beta. Do we have relnotes for betas?

Yes this works in Firefox 24 beta and mostly broken in Firefox 23. I was able to type in a few glyphs but not more than 3-5. In Firefox 24 I was able to type many glyphs using the several different keyboards provided by HTC.
