Description:
The import contacts page seen after logging in to Facebook through the Contacts app is blank, preventing the user from importing contacts.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20130903040204
2) Launch the Contacts app.
3) Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner to access the settings.
4) Tap the Sync Friends switch in the Facebook section.
5) Once the Facebook login page loads, login with valid credentials for an account with friends.
6) Observe the import page once the user has logged in.

Actual:
The import page is blank even though the account has users to add.

Expected:
A list of all available contacts to add is shown.

Tested on Buri Device build 1.2. Was able to populate Facebook friends on 8/30 build. Stopped populating on the 8/31 build.

This was regressed either by bug 887663 or bug 906756.

This was caused by a regression introduced by bug 906756. It has been fixed by backing out that bug.

Fix verified on Buri 1.2 mozilla RIL.  User can now see their Facebook contacts after logging in through the Contacts app.
