Details
Since Nightly Build from 31.08.2013, I am never able
to install Add-ons or to update Add-ons. Installation starts,
ends, but no request to restart Nightly Firefox, and after
the restart no new Add-on installed or updated.
I tried with a new profile, then I was able to install 4 Add-ons
then it never works again.

WFM on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0(20130912030201).
Please give more details about how you reproduced this on the clean profile. What add-ons did you install? Where did you install them from? How did you install them? Did you restart Firefox after each install?
