trychooser lies about the pending count for win64 tests (and, I presume, win64 builds, though none are pending right now) by saying that the count is N/A for not applicable, when in fact it's not available, because http://builddata.pub.build.mozilla.org/reports/pending/pending_test_try.txt and http://builddata.pub.build.mozilla.org/reports/pending/pending_test_nontry.txt (and probably http://builddata.pub.build.mozilla.org/reports/pending/pending_compile_try.txt) don't give it the data.

Added win2012x64 for the jobs with names starting 'win64_vm', which also fixes the lies about pending compile jobs on date. And fixed up handling of the new ASAN builds.
