It's having some weird failures that are sometimes indicative of ram or memory issues. If it passes diagnostics, please re-image.

Q: this machine came back from reimaging with hardware acceleration disabled (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=880719#c3)? Any idea how that might have happened?
