Details
packages::google_api currently "installs" a single file, with a secret in it, in /builds. This doesn't look much like a package, and should be implemented as a module or something instead.
Also, it's installing an empty file on Servo, because that org doesn't have an API key. That's silly. It should be conditionalized on having a key, in some fashion that's easily readable.
