If you attempt to debug one of the following apps:

* Settings
* Built-in Keyboard
* System

nothing will happen, but you are also unable to debug other apps that usually work fine during the same connection.

We should either fix the underlying issue or blacklist the above apps for now.
If we can't fix this in time (fx26), we can black list that.
Add Browser to the list.

Works for me.
Re-opening as we don't know why, sometimes, keyboard and settings break.

It used to work well for me. I didn't try the 09-09 build though.

Settings works for me. I'll try keyboard today.
keyboard is not oop.
