Turns out that Android reftests/crashtests/jsreftests call remotereftest.py with --enable-privilege, and get angry like https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=27519068&tree=Mozilla-Inbound when you remove it without first stopping them from trying to use it.
