Because of bug 912213, we can't debug the browser app. Let's disable it.

Allow a template to contain an array of actions to take for that element.

Hide the apps that don't work for now.

I went with hiding instead of filtering, since filtering would require somewhat more invasive changes, and we hope to make them work again soon.
