When I click a dropdown menu in a web page, often times a band from the top of
the displayed page is painted right below the bottom edge of the dropdown menu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Repeatedly click a dropdown menu in a web page

Actual Results:  paint problem: a "band" of the very top of the web page is
painted right below the dropdown

Expected Results:  no band

I added a screenshot a while back to bug 69639 :

I'm not sure if the bugs themselves are the same, but that particular screenshot
is along these same lines.

Note:  I see this almost all the time on my computer at work, but never at home.
Perhaps it depends on the type of video card/driver installed??

After updating my video card driver, the problem disappeared.
