Disabled in slavealloc.

Passed diagnostics, got a reimage. I've put it back in production. If it continues to cause issues we'll take more drastic measures.

Disabled since constantly rebooting it isn't doing any good; it didn't like something about what happened to it during that unreachable, and now it isn't taking jobs.
