Using ftp://sweetlou/products/client/seamonkey/windows/32bit/x86/2001-07-19-05-0.9.2/ Access http://signposts.mcom.com with a brand new profile. I clicked on "Here" link. It then crashed.
I couldn't reproduce with the 7/20 build. There's some weird thing with signposts that causes the browser to go and so a netcenter search the first time I click on the here link. Then I go back and with a brand new profile it gives me a page that tell me that I should get a netscape cert.
