The XUL popup window should act like a popup menu: It should be destroyed when user clicks away from the window or presses Esc key.

This is a dup of a bug that joki has, namely that windows aren't getting blur events. I don't remember the bug number though.

This is way old but looking at it now the clicking outside the window works right but Esc doesn't. Moving to saari for that fix.

[Broke Mac OS case into 27291, for Command-period handling, to avoid re-opening this bug when it was technically fixed.]
Verified fixed using 2.10.00 AM builds on Win NT 4.0 SP5, Mac OS 8.6, and RH Linux 6.0/GNOME.
