I was partially able to reproduce this bug on www.cnn.com and was unable reproduce on the following websites 1. www.abcnews.com 2. http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata 3. www.msnbc.com Upon visiting www.cnn.com, when the user pinches in and zooms in then the user is able to scroll the webpage slowly. I get the same results as Deepa with the same build. Upon landing on www.cnn.com, I cannot scroll down. I have to resort to pinch zooming in order to do so.

Using the latest m-c code (hg cset 2f0e38f79610) I am able to scroll down fine on cnn.com on a Geeksphone Peak
The build in comment 3 does include the fix, so I'm surprised by these results. I don't have a Hamachi or Buri so I can't test this personally but Randall sitting next to me has a Hamachi and it works fine for him as well. He said he was seeing the same issue as the video last week but with the code he pulled yesterday it is fine.
