Camera performance is becoming a more critical issue--we need to add profiling tags to the CameraControl implementation to allow us to track how long operations are taking.

Profiling Tags are being added to master and for now not required for 1.2 for camera latency debugging - moving this out of koi+ bucket after talking to mikeh. we have enough info for bug 915083
