User Story:
As a user I want to save storage space by choosing how many emails are kept on my phone (last 50, last 100 etc.) Emails should never be deleted from the server automatically.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. I can select the number of emails that are stored on my mobile (50, 100, 250)
2. The oldest emails are deleted once the limit has been reached. Emails are not deleted from the server.
Assumptions:
1. The current IMAP/SMTP interfaces can be reused for POP3 configuration and the current email app can be extended to support POP3 (ie; no material UI additions required)
2. The current Thunderbird autoconfig database can be utlized to automatically configure server information for known domains.
3. POP3 emails will always be left on the server - even if deleted from the mobile
4. The sending of email is already available through the existing IMAP/SMTP modules

Moving out of 1.3 blocker list and into consideration for 1.4 -- we aren't planning to expose storage limits to users for the initial POP3 release.

Removing the 1.3 tags and dropping priority - this will be system managed in 1.3
