Actual results:
It does not attach the picture in the email.

Attachments work fine in Notes, but do not work in Notes+.

Problem persists. I reproduced this on a Keon geeksphone device with nightly build 20131028225522 FFOS v1.2

-Huawei FFOS v1.1

After applying Yor's patch im getting the entire note as an .html attachment with the image as inline.
is this the desired result?

The Mail app currently does not support HTML in the body. The decision was made to have a stripped (text only) version of the note in the body and include the full HTML as an attachment.
