Description:
Pictures embedded in notes are not received when shared via Email app.  Recipient receives an email with the Note as an HTML attachment but the embedded picture is a broken missing file when opened in browser.  After downloading attachment and opening in either text editor or browser, image source is viewable.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140410004002
2) Use appmanager to push the most recent Notes Application on device
3) Launch Notes application and create a new note, attach a picture
4) Tap share icon to share the note with an Email recipient
5) Have recipient open the attachment and view the note file

Actual:
Picture in Note file is a missing file image

Expected:
Picture appears in attached Note file

Duping to bug 916341 which has some explanation in comment #9. Short story is that this is the expected behavior for now until the email app is able to accept inline attachments in the share activity.
