1. Create a contact with Name, Last Name and email (or phone number, but not both)
2. From SIM Card (or Gmail, Outlook, SD Card) import a contact with same Name, Last Name and email than the contact created, also add a phone number.
EXPECTED
According to the matching rules for the passive merging, phone and email fields should be the same to merge two contacts.
When both fields are different it is working, but not when one of them is empty.
ACTUAL
Contacts are passively merging even when one of the fields to compare (phone number or email) is empty.

After landing bug 917684 this bug makes no sense. However it is needed to file a bug to avoid empty mail addresses in the contacts app
