We will need to update the current navigation to include a link to the Developer Program landing page. NB: This should be available in the *current design* so that even people who are not using the beta can see it. This will also need to be added to the navigation of the new design, but we have bug 917488 for that piece. This assumed the Developer Program landing page would be completed before the beta launch. It was not. The landing page will probably be completed after or (at most) shortly before the final launch, so we can safely assume that the old theme will not need to be updated with a link to this page. If this changes, we can reopen this bug or open a new one.
