when typing in the URL bar and having the drop-down selections appear and then
using ALT+F or somesuch to navigate the menu, the drop-down list remains and
will not close from clicks on the upper menu/toolbar portion of the window

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. being typing into URL bar
2. use ALT+B, for example, and select a bookmarked site to visit


Actual Results:  notice the URL bar's drop-down list remains open and will not
close when clicking in area around in (i.e., the menu bar or toolbars)

Expected Results:  the URL bar's drop-down list should close when menu
selections are activated with ALT+key combinations as they would be if selected
using a pointing device; note that the drop-down list does close when the actual
page display area is clicked)
