User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130911042038 Steps to reproduce: Open Firefox or Thunderbird, then launch from the command line firefox.exe/thunderbird.exe -new-instance -P Actual results: On Linux you will get the ProfileManager running. On Windows the flag has no effect. Expected results: On Windows too you should get the ProfileManager running. Note that at the contrary the -no-remote flag works as expected in all OS.
