Would be useful if I could see how much time has passed during the profile, so I could see how much faster my changes are making things, but still get sample information so I know what the next thing to work on improving is.
Adding (relative) time labels on the horizontal axis of the chart would fix this, too. It would also make the graph look more like a timeline, which I think is what users expect anyway.
