On Nightlies since at least 2013-09-24, the toolbar chrome overlaps the URL bar on its top and left edges.
Win 7 machine, un-accelerated layers

I wonder if this is related to Bug 919656? Is the bug still there if you disable azure? (set gfx.content.azure.enabled to false and restart).
If so, I think we should show this to Bas or Matt Woodrow.

The bug disappears after I flip the gfx.content.azure.enabled pref to false
