Description:
In settings, the phone number will be shown as "Unknown" on the COM Rill build. This does not occur on the Mozilla Rill build.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131001004003
2)  Ensure that a valid AT&T sim is inserted in the phone device.
3)  Tap on the "Settings" icon.
4)  Scroll down and tap on "device information".
5)  Look at the "Phone Number" field.

Actual:
The "Phone Number" in "Settings" is shown as "Unknown" on the COM Rill build.

Expected:
The correct phone number is shown under "Phone Number" in "Settings".

Looks like this is a comm ril bug, not in our build.

Unable to check comRIL 1.2 builds from 9/18 to 9/24 as the screen turns black after right after the animated fox. Also tried flashing mozRIL and then making it comRIL through the terminal, but the screen still turned black.
