Please provide a logcat as per https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Email/RequiredBugInfo.  Also, are you talking about an account creation failure, or a failure once the account is already created?

I don't have the device now. (sigh) Somehow, Steven reported the issue might cause by the network connection status instead of e-mail app issue. I'll set myself as QA contact and go back to the bug once I get a device.

It seems premature to mark this as a blocker when all parties involved currently suspect it was a device connectivity issue rather than an e-mail bug.  I'm clearing koi+ now and I'll re-nom or others can re-nom if there are indications from a log, when provided, that there is anything actionable in the e-mail component.  Also moving to unconfirmed.

Clearing out old bugs.  The log shows this was a security failure which should have also been expressed in the UI.  This was either the result of a bad clock setting on the device, active man-in-the-middle-attack, or a wireless network with a really aggressive policy of trying to get you to login.
