Description:
When user selects the SMS icon from within the Contacts App, the keyboard temporarily appears, then vanishes prompting the user to select the text field where the word Message displays for the keyboard to populate again

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri Build ID: 20131002040206
2) From Homescreen, tap Contacts App
3) Select existing Contact
4) Tap SMS icon to right of Mobile phone number

Actual:
Keyboard briefly appears then disappears

Expected:
Keyboard appears and stays

That doesn't really answer the regression window question well here. You need to provide evidence of:

1. Does this reproduce on the latest 1.2 build?
2. When was the first build this failed on? When was the last build this worked?

The regression window leads to bug 906748 but I don't get how this change can produce this problem.

Note also than with this STR we lose the word suggestions too.
