STR: Turn off wifi Turn off internet sharing (if enabled) Turn on wifi Turn off wifi Note that internet sharing is turned on automatically This should never happen as it could result in a huge bill for the user. STR works in 1.2 bid 20131005205457

Nope, not the same bug at all. Sharing is actually *enabled* when wifi is *disabled*. For real, as in I can see the network. Please test before assuming. :) Speaking of, this area of the code seems to be very buggy, do we have test coverage here?
