User Story:
As a user, I like to see flash (on, off, auto) as a camera setting
Acceptance criteria:
1. The user should be able to find flash icon as an option when settings is tapped in the camera app
2. When flash icon is selected the user can choose one of the following options : on, off, auto (the option selected should be retained until the user changes it)
