Steps to reproduce:

I missed a call. v.1.2 2013-10-07


Actual results:

I see clearly on my lock screen a notification of a missed call from a person. Unlock my screen. 
If I already had one notification, for sms for example the number of notifications stays the same - 1. pulling down the notification should show the missed call.
if there are not any other notifications the counter changes to 1, and there is notification for the missed call in the notifications list.
Going to missed calls log in the dialer doesn't show the missed calls in both cases.
Sometimes there is a missed call in the log. Can't figure out how it is filtering the missed calls and show some but not others



Expected results:

Should see the missed call in notifications panel, that slides from top, and the counter of notifications at the top left should be augmented.
The Missed calls log in the dialer should update immediately.
