The URL listed is supposed to have a blue bar at the bottom, with the text
"Copyright 1997 ... Web Design by Tina Tindall" on it. The blue bar ends up at
the bottom of the screen, but the overlaying text in the middle of the page.
Interestingly enough, the mozilla 0.9.2 release display *both* the blue bar and
the text in middle of the page - so between 0.9.2 and the 07/27 nightly build,
somebody fixed the positioning of the bar, but the text still needs fixing.

The page *does* display correctly after a resize (I collapsed the sidebar and
the redisplayed page was correct).

CONFIRMED
Not sure what the problem is, or why it fixes it self when you open/close the
sidebar, but I see the problem.

This sounds very similar to bug 82946, although it was reported before the 0.9.2.
If this is not a dup of 82946, then OS should be changed to All, as I can see it
in win98.
