Details

As indicated in bug 925033, we need to do some maintenance on tp-socorro01-master02, which is currently the socorro master.

So we need to failover, which means a brief downtime for socorro. Should only be a few minutes, but we can say 30 minutes top to bottom. This will be coordinated with webops (for starting/stopping socorro-releated services, solarce is the current socorro primary guru) and Laura's socorro dev team (for testing).

Failover is set for Tuesday Oct 22nd after 5 pm Pacific. I have put this on the CAB spreadsheet.
Failover succeeded Tue Nov 12th.
