STR:
1. Run a e10s-enabled debug build from the command line
2. Watch stderr
3. Load about:home

RESULT:
System JS : ERROR resource://gre/modules/osfile/ospath_unix.jsm:83
                     TypeError: i is undefined
System JS : ERROR resource://gre/modules/XPCOMUtils.jsm:202
                     NS_ERROR_XPC_GS_RETURNED_FAILURE: Component returned failure code: 0x80570016 (NS_ERROR_XPC_GS_RETURNED_FAILURE) [nsIJSCID.getService]
This went away when I patched bug 927132.
