In Windows 8.1 Microsoft may have added the ability for desktop enabled browser to create multiple windows/views/instances of some sort, although the documentation is incredibly sparse at this point. We might want to support multiple browser windows although tabs generally solve this problem. We may also be able to leverage this for stand alone / pinned html5 apps from the mozilla app store.

This is post V1 release work.
