On low-resolution screen I can't see all character set options in View->Character set. Make it to spawn on several columns or export it to another dialog window.
I agree. I'm using the July 5 build on Windows 95. Also, I'm using 640x480 resolution.

this will have to wait a bit as we should be using xpmenus shortly which should then fix this issue.

Reopening this bug to bring it to the dogfood attention as a side effect of 11586. Please, do not close as dup since this issue is really DOGFOOD (cannot set encodings)
