I don't understand why this is being put off? We need to turn the Arabic shaping on for the linux platform.

This one is approved for 0.9.4. 0.9.3 was done on 8/2 and
so this should be in as soon the review process is done and
the trunk is open. Is that soon enough? (I believe that next
commercial builds will occur with 0.9.4.)
