Attempted login on two different Windows XP machines, with Mozilla build
2001072908 and 2001073003 -- both logins fail.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.hotmail.com
2. Type in your username and password.
3. Click "Sign in" button.

Actual Results:  Hourglass cursor flashes briefly.  Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  Log into Hotmail mailbox.

Javascript + cookies enabled.  BrowserTest cookie from passport.com received,
contains value of "Success%3f".  No cookies from hotmail.com or msn.com received.

Nevermind.  Hotmail _requires_ SSL and I'd forgotten to install PSM each time...
