After reimaging this machine several times, this Failure message continues to pop up. Any suggestions on how to move forward in fixing this?

I am going to jump on the machine and take a look it. I need to see the details of the errors to see what is going on there.

Currently, I can not connect to this machine through IPMI. Could someone power cycle that machine, please?

This machine is good now. 

It was failing on the domain join. The existing domain account had to be deleted, so that upon imaging a new account would be created.
