Has a case of the "any use of hg results in 'program finished with exit code -1073741800' and setting RETRY" blues.
Disabled in slavealloc and gracefulled, which I think together makes them stop.

I've seen this in a bunch of places. I filed bug 937279 for the more general issue. Not sure what to do here in the meantime...

Re-enabled because we're pretty sure this is rooted in an issue external to the machine that breaks DNS resolution until the machine reboots. bug 937279 has more.
