 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  Open the GPS,in to the heremaps, click on the location,the deviate about 1KM with the Location 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1.Open the GPS,in to the heremaps;
  2.Click on the location of the left;
  3.The deviate with the Location about 1KM-KO.
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  The deviate with the Location should <20M.

The title is confusing, what is meant is 'showing wrong position'.
The maps app is only showing the position that the geolocation api is providing. This is a platform/device issue, not a Maps issue.

I tested this on a Geeksphone Keon device with build 20131016 FFOS v1.1 

Pushing the button that is supposed to show my current position says that I am somewhere in Nevada, which is incorrect (I'm in Mountain View, CA). Since it looks like the geolocation api of the device is at fault, not the app itself, I'm assigning this bug to Jason Smith.
