As the music user stories in bug 891014 and bug 902974 are landed, UX was inspired that when FM radio is playing, the utility tray should also display the information, like what's the current station and will be able to lead the users to FM radio app.

Below is the comment from bug 891014 that Rob has commented:

The idea is that, if we're providing the play icon, users will need to know what it's for and be able to access it. 

Which brings up the topic of FM Radio... If we're showing a play icon in this case, then we'd apply the same logic and would like a link to the FM Radio app from within the utility tray during playback. Something like...

I know this wasn't anticipated but let's discuss whether this is feasible.

We'll also need to discuss a good way to allow multiple apps to "compete" for the utility tray (and lockscreen!) notifications. Right now, I'm pretty sure things would get a bit confused.
