Description: The "Select a Network" header is truncated in the FTE. Repro Steps: 1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131023004005 2) Select the "Nederlands" language and go through the FTE process. 3) Look at the header when prompted to select a WiFi connection. Actual: "Select a Network" is truncated in the Nederlands language. Expected: "Select a Network" is not truncated. Environmental Variables Device: Buri v 1.2.0 COM RIL Build ID: 20131023004005 Gecko: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/rev/bb33e2fe109c Gaia: 1ca623e7a79a9653b54a45ef7f8bb03b8d7100fc Platform Version: 26.0a2 RIL Version: 01.02.00.019.082 Notes: Repro frequency: 100% See attached: screenshot
"Een" ("a") has already been removed here, leaving just 1 verb and 1 noun needing 2 more characters than English. If that can't fit, a UX solution appears to be needed.

I like what the German localization did, "Netzwerke". The intended action is pretty clear from the context, so "select" seems good to drop. Also note the change to plural that they did. Also, doh for the ellipsis, it's hardly ever helping our display problems.
Agree, I’ve been thinking of ‘Netwerkkeuze’ or ‘Wifi-netwerken’, but ‘Netwerken’ may be sufficient and also matches availableNetworks. Changing for 1.2 and up.
Please in this case mark bug as resolved fixed. Then verify on device and mark as verified fixed Will close this as resolved fixed now. Please verify thanks
