The string in the customization panel for all the extra tools seems like it could be more polished. It's *so very long*.
I can see having a shorter heading with a longer subheading that helps with bug 889220. I definitely think that it's non-obvious what you're supposed to do in customization mode for non-technical users and so we should have some explanation and not simply a title like "Customize your browser".

P.S. Am I correct in assuming you meant the string in the customization palette or do we re-use the string in a menu?
