930593 - Add tags to our dumps

We dump tarballs of our public API resources each day.[1]  Please add our apps<->tags relationship to the dumps.  No need to dump tags for any of the other add-on types.  As far as I know there is only 1 tag for 1 app in our entire database, so that's all that is expected at this point.

Could it be as simple as adding "tags" to the app resource[1]?

I reindexed and don't see the "tags":
