STR:
1) Go to wiki.mozilla.org
2) Click the search input box

The page zooms in briefly, then zooms back out, then focuses the tiny input field with the form suggestions underneath. I have to zoom in and pan to the input box for it to be usable, and it's a pretty terrible experience. There's likely some race here since this the STR aren't 100% reliable.

This happens on most sites not optimized for mobile. Screenshot attached.

This works for me on today's nightly a HTC One X+ running a CM nightly (Android 4.3).

Still reproducible for me on Nightly with an HTC One, standard 4.2.2 ROM. Note that the STR aren't 100% reliable; I frequently need to refresh the page and try a few times before it happens.
