See Bug 897579 comment #17. There is presently no way to test whether filtering is causing an app to not be visible (hampering QA) This may be solvable by Bug 931210, Bug 931215 - language and buchet filtering but would like to file as separate bug and also evaluate urgency of this issue from QA (needsinfo from QA) on priorit.

Right now, buchet filtering is turned off in prod. But when this is turned on, it would be nice to have a way to see why an app is not showing up.

It has been turned back on (albeit with limited support, only a few buchets) so it'd be nice to have a solution for this.
