When user inputs "*21#" into dialer and then clicks the green dialer button, they will observe "Call forwarding" in the title bar truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v 1.2 COM RIL BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Choose Polish as the default language during  set-up
3) Navigate to Dialer App
4) Input - *21# into Dialer 
5) Press green Dialer button and observe

Actual:
The notification text is truncated

Expected:
The notification text is displayed in its entiriety

marking this as dependent on bug 908300.  The bug proposes to reduce font size when truncation occurs without the possibility of a sting change.

I no longer see truncated "Call forwarding" header in latest 2.1pre (2014-07-06, 049853bd).
