93200 - mail hangs when re-wrapping a reply with first line of message body blank

using build 2001062815, NT4SP5.

when replying to a message with the message quoted inline, I put a <CR> at the 
top for white-space reasons. (silly yes, but nevertheless...) for example (line 
numbers zero-based):

line 0=
line 1=so-and-so wrote:
line 2=>blah blah blah blah
line 3=>blah blah blah blah


Upon noticing some strange line wrapping (where a space is inserted at the 
start of the line, a different issue) I hit Options -> Rewrap, at which point 
mozilla hangs.

In other messages where I don't leave the first line blank, rewrapping causes 
some of the quoted text to be copied onto the end of the message as well as 
other sections being weirdly copied around. I initally thought it was a repeat 
of the first or last 16 lines, but couldn't come to any strong conclusions.

This is a dup of bug 78727 and was fixed 07-11. Since this is reported on a 6/25 
build it is a dup. Reporter please download a recent build and this should be 
fixed.
